GlobalWIN hosts WIL member & MEP Britta Thomsen

On Monday, November 28th, Britta Thomsen, Danish Member of the European Parliament, met with Board Members, supporters, and staff members of the Global Women’s Innovation Network (GlobalWIN) at the offices of Time Warner, Inc in Washington, DC.

Overlooking the White House and Washington Monument, the group discussed the approaches that business and government in both the U.S. and Europe have taken to help women have access to senior executive levels of leadership in business – and beyond. The group discussed follow up items, including sharing research on women’s leadership and organizing a delegation trip to the European Parliament in Brussels in 2012.
